Shipping
Free across Canada and the United States. Dispatched within two business days.
Orders placed before 2pm MT ship the same business day where stock allows; everything else leaves within two. You will receive tracking by email the moment the parcel is scanned.
Standard delivery arrives in three to seven business days in Canada and four to eight in the United States. Expedited options are offered at checkout.
We ship from Canada. Duties and taxes for United States orders are calculated and settled at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.
Returns
Thirty days, unused, in the original packaging.
If it is not right, send it back within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with any protective film intact.
Start a return by replying to your order confirmation. We will issue a prepaid label for Canadian and United States addresses at no cost to you.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel reaching us. Equipment that has been played with cannot be returned, but it is covered by the warranty below.
Warranty
One year against manufacturing defects, from the date of delivery.
Every NORDAEN object is covered for twelve months against defects in materials and workmanship. If something fails in normal play, we repair or replace it.
The warranty does not cover ordinary wear, cosmetic marks earned in use, damage from misuse or accident, or any item that has been modified.
To make a claim, email us with your order number and a photograph of the fault. Most claims are settled within a week.
